I'm amazed how spot on I can be. For the longest time, I've had to deal with Jackass's shit. I mean, I knew the shit he's been pulling has been going on for quite a while now, but I guess I never convinced myself that others had noticed--if I spoke up, I thought people would say I was just overreacting, or that's at least what I thought would happen. But today I sort of snapped. I'm sick of it. So I finally went out and called him a smartass (even though I REALLY wanted to call him an asshole), then ended up going to Aaron to cool down and do some venting.
Truthfully, I was fuming so bad I had no idea how to approach him, especially since he's friends with Jackass more than with me. But I finally just went out there and asked him, "This is probably just me, but have you noticed how Wyatt feels compelled to refute anything I say to him?" Well, his response was simple:
"Yes."
And he even added a period to that Yes. That's how I knew just how serious he was about it. But when Aaron of all people, one of the brightest kids I've met, notices the same thing, that's when I know this isn't all in my head.
THEN, I went to Kayla to ask if she's seen the same thing going on. Her answer was also yes! Two people, one of my friends and one of his, have noticed that Jackass is intent on refuting every comment I make. No matter how stupid or silly the response is, he does it EVERY time. And to me, it feels like he's been trying to make me look like an ass for opening my mouth anytime I make a comment.
But, bless Kayla's heart, she told me that it doesn't make me look like an idiot--he's the one looking like an ass in the end. That he is only making his situation worse. Which does make me feel a bit better....and at the same time, two people have noticed this behavior from him. How many others have noticed? Has Erika or Taylor or Macy made the same observations? I've no clue....and I'm a bit scared to ask them.
What saddens me the most though is that SHE is oblivious. She's dating him, why won't she say or do anything? Granted, when I say DO, I mean break up with him--it's what he deserves after all this anyway. He knew she liked him before he ever formed an opinion of how he felt towards her. I still remember when I outright asked him whether or not he liked her. What was his response? "A little bit. You got a problem with that?"
Yes, I do. Because when you just like someone "A little bit," that speaks a whole lot more. And I don't care about how much time has passed since then, it doesn't change what you had said.
I'm just disappointed. She's my cousin, and I had thought she was smarter than this. But apparently, she's as blind as I had been when I was with him. It feels like all is perfect now, but it never lasts. Not with him, at least...He seems amazing now, but it's not who he IS.

We're Getting Old! (and a major mindfuck week)
Well...let's start with the good stuff. #1, last night was Aaron's wedding, which turned out to be really awesome. They had it down at McKennan park where they had this really pretty pagoda set up and everything. It was absolutely beautiful, and it also really helped that the weather cooperated. Even though we were afraid at the beginning that it would rain, but it just spit out a couple raindrops and was gone. Turned out to simply be a front moving through, and after it was gone, there wasn't a cloud anywhere. :)
Rachel looked stunning in her bridal gown too! It. Was. AMAZING!
Aaron looked pretty damn good too, but that was probably to be expected too. :P
Then came the reception, which also was pretty damn cool. We ended up sitting with some of Aaron's coworkers, which was somewhat humorous. All of them knew him for a few years at the most, while we were his next door neighbors growing up. Yes, I felt pretty special then. But anyways....food was pretty good too, but I think I was more interested in the fact that the reception was at the Pavilion more than anything else.
Got a few photos of them dancing also, which was sweet. I wish just a little bit that I had spent more time running around taking photos, but Mom grabbed the old one rather than the Kodak camera. The old camera needed some old photos deleted there, and the Kodak one has about 400, 500 photos of free space. But I was tired, and I was all dressed up in my new favorite dress, and I was in heels. I wasn't prepared for the whole running around thing.
But they did suck me into dancing once with Aaron. Which was nice, awesome in fact, and really fun. Howeverrr, I had no clue what I was doing! Gah...but oh well, he didn't mind. :P
#2. Now as for my irked moment of the day. I hate two things: people who purposefully go out of their way to make me look like an ass (even though they fail at it), and those who lie. Especially to me. And of course, Jackass is one of them....basically, he's it, but I guess that's to be expected. Thankfully, talking with Mr. Mead made me feel better. I enjoy talking vengeful torture towards Jackass, it's very soothing. :D
Ah, and before all is done, #3. The sad news: First, there was Ed McMahon. His death was saddening, but it wasn't TOO much of a surprise. The guy was old, and he had been dealing with health problems. But it was still sad. The next day, Farrah Fawcett passed away. Again, this was also difficult, mostly because of the legacy she left us. What I'd do to have her hair....wow.

But again, it was almost expected due to her battle with cancer. She was too young, even if she was 62...
AND then there was Michael Jackson, just 9 hours after Farrah passed away. Now THAT was a surprise. He was only 50, too....even though he was a nutcase, he was still one of the greatest performers out there.
Now today was another mindfuck--BILLY MAYS. Billy Mays of all people died!!! No way. Bad enough I had to hear it from Hadir via Facebook. :P But I saw it, and totally thought WTF! Seriously?! So of course I scramble to CNN to see, and yup. Holy shit. Usually they say that celebrity deaths come in threes. This is either a second round, or this is something much worse...I just hope more don't die, we don't need more of them dying.
#4. While we're covering my various emotions, I'm anxious and excited for the new episode of True Blood, and the rest of the season. Anxious, because the Queen is coming....dammit. And from what I've heard, she's the reason Bill is in Sookie's life, or at least made their meeting intentional. But whatever, Sookie could kiss my ass anyway. The excitement is just because it's a new episode. :P

Hotness: Hollywood Crushes
I'm doomed. Late last night, settling down for a couple hours of reading a book, I had the Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien tuned in as usual. Now I wasn't going to pay attention to the show as I haven't seriously read a book as of late; more like I pick up the book (Don't Bargain with the Devil, if you must know) and wind up rereading one that I haven't touched in a few months. SO, I was going to actually read that night!
Pfft. Soooo didn't happen. Why didn't it?
Because when I'm listening to the guests that will appear, I hear Stephen Moyer is one of them. And then cue the silent screaming.

It totally ruined my concentration for the rest of the night. How could I read my silly little book when STEPHEN MOYER was going to be on?!
After the silent screaming, that's when I knew I'd found my new Hollywood crush. I don't know, I guess I hadn't expected this, but gosh....the moment he came out there, with that amazingly hot smile, that unexpected British accent....mmmm....and on top of that, the black hair. I'm a sucker for men with black hair. But throwing all of that together, and WOW.
Fuck Anna Paquin, I'll claim him for myself...
Or I'll take Sam if push comes to shove. Sam Trammell. Mmmmm now that's a hotness that can't be described....however the stubble is a MAJOR plus. :D

And if they don't know how to integrate a new character in just for Sam (me), well I could just stumble into town...I can pull off a pretty cute Papillon, how 'bout that? Yeah, just sleep on it. Sam deserves his happy ending too, you know. ;)

Changes
Nothing changed.
What a choice of words, nothing changed.
How ironic, nothing changed.
It's not like the context that the phrase was used could be saved much, either. Not when "Nothing changed" is preceded by a long ".........". With that, "Nothing changed" can in fact mean a multitude of things: the quotation marks (that have not been used till recently) weren't changed, his feelings for her haven't changed...his feelings for me haven't changed...
Or, the most likely (and most satisfying) conclusion: HE hasn't changed. Which would be a damn shame, after she so conveniently confided in me that she believes he is capable of learning and changing.
Yeah, nothing has changed, hasn't it.
Oh, the irony.

Esta Chovendo
Well it's not a bad rain, it's in fact sort of pretty for the afternoon. But we've had so much rain the past few days....weeks....There's a pattern though. When Jackass is out of the state, there's no rain. So we must make him stay out of the state, then all will be fine! Anyways, it's raining. And it's Father's Day. Nice way to spend Father's Day, huh. It's all right though, we're staying inside, where it's dry and a TV is near with the Nascar race on. At least it is when it's not raining too hard to obscure the satellite connection. Ah well.
So on Friday at Uno Tomato, there was this really nice lady that I recognized from school. We started talking and all, and I told her that I had just graduated from Lincoln. She was actually shocked and said that I looked too young to have graduated already. Awe, how sweet....however, today we went to Kowloon for lunch. The waitress there again had the same shocked expression and also said I looked too young to graduate. Twice I've been told this, and it's only been three days. I don't know whether to be scared or touched, but I usually feel pretty flattered. :)
And look at that, the sun has come out. It's like Mother Nature is going through mood swings or something....I can concur.

When Caffeiene Fails Me
After the past few days, I've started to realize something. I am VERY mellow when it comes to life. I don't seem to rush when I want to go someplace or do something, I'm just really chill about it. Yesterday I could see it, 'cause I never really got down and dirty to play with Logan and Tyler--now that's not all that different to any other time I'm around them, but with Aaron thrown into the mix, I used to join in the tackling when I was little. Definitely not the case now.
Then today, as I said before, my uncle Glen stopped by, with my cousin Brooke and a couple of the grandkids in tow. I was ESPECIALLY glad to see Brooke, as I haven't seen her in forever, but it was nice to see Tory and Peyton too. They were so well behaved and everything!! But of course, they're under 10, so they're bound to get a bit bored as time goes by--and also energized as they got used to me.
Oh boy. All that energy is not for me. I like kids, they're cute, but I can't play forever with them...I could really use a nap right now. But they were very well behaved, even though we couldn't exactly say the same of Junior...but oh well.
*Phew*. Yep, I'm so mellow I could be Mellow Yellow....or a pillow...wow, what a statement that is! Stupid, and it rhymed. Ahhh the creativity that comes out when one is tired...which is why I should really take a nap....

Waiting.
Today might be a good day. Mostly 'cause my uncle is coming to visit, and we NEVER get to see my uncle Glen! But Mom's got this hatred towards Minneapolis, so we never really go up to visit him... :/
Confidence level is up today too, for some reason. However I think I know why this is the case. Yesterday I got to see Aaron, my olddd neighbor Aaron. Who happens to have a wedding at the end of the week. Gah, his fiancee is so sweet, she's awesome! But it had been a while since I had last seen Aaron...so when he was nice enough to say that if I ever have guy trouble or anything, I could call him and he'd kick their ass for me. Which is really touching for me, really. I could use some muscle when it comes to Jackass. Ha, asshole doesn't know what's coming when Aaron's on his front doorstep...but anyways.
There's just not much going on lately. I'm waiting for my birthday so I could have a shot at getting Sims 3, still waiting for Shopko to come back and interview me, have to go to Aaron's wedding, and registration at USD is coming up on the 24th. So much waiting, gah. Like waiting right now for zee relatives to show up....yeahhhh....
And I stocked up on books. Primarily Up in Smoke and Sabrina Jeffries' newest book that is supposed to be out on Tuesday. Not now. Ahh I'm such a rebel... :P

They Don't Teach This in School...
When you love someone...truly love them, friend or lover, you lay your heart open to them. You give them a part of yourself that you give to no one else, and you let them inside a part of you that only they can hurt--you literally hand them the razor with a map of where to cut deepest and most painfully on your heart and soul. And when they do strike, it's crippling--like having your heart carved out. It leaves you naked and exposed, wondering what you did to make them want to hurt you so badly when all you did was love them. What is so wrong with you that no one can keep faith with you? That no one can love you? To have it happen once is bad enough...but to have it repeated? Who in their right mind would not be terrified of that?
Ended up re-reading Devil May Cry last night for a few hours and stumbled across that bit of wisdom. What is so hard about this that idiots like Jackass can't comprehend the pain they can inflict? Seriously...
I have to admit though, it's because of that sort of logic that I love Sherrilyn Kenyon. She's got it figured out, or at least knows how to pretend she does. But her books are awesome, not gonna lie.
For some reason I'm not very talkative today. Don't know if it's me living in my head for too long again, or drama is dragging me down. I just want it to end....
Also, I decided against reading Charlaine Harris's whole Sookie series. APPARENTLY she indulges in the one thing I can't stand: making two characters fall in love, then the relationship end in pieces and they end up elsewhere. Basically, Bill is around for the first 3 books. Forget it, I want him in EVERY one of those 9 books and upcoming ones, not in the first three. And on top of that, another guy shows up in the more recent books by the name of Quinn. Gayyyyyy, I spell my names Qhuinn. Now THAT is one hot name.....damn hot character too... ;)
However that doesn't deter me from Katie MacAlister. Similar writing style, but at least I know that Gabriel will be around at the end of the series, whenever that will be. And if I want more vampires like Bill....well, then I'll turn to Zeke and leave it at that.
Only other thing of entertainment recently is this new blog I came across, thanks to the Sims 3 on facebook. This guy took two homeless people with obscure traits and has been doing this experiment to see where Sims life takes them. And it turns out to be REALLY interesting. Alice and Kev, keep them in mind. Personally, I think Alice is adorable.

Come On, Where's the Oral?
I made a small revelation today. When I plug this new laptop in, the screen gets much brighter. I never really noticed it till now, so it was a bit of a surprise...but anyways.
I'm going on a book rampage a bit. I really want to go to Lewis and pick up Up in Flames, Katie MacAlister's awesome series with Gabriel....never thought dreadlocks would be hot, but he pulls it off! So I should pick up the second book, just haven't even gotten to finish the first one...then I also am thinking of trying Charlaine Harris's whole True Blood series. Now that show is HOT.
Now I know the books are completely different from the TV series. That's fine with me, 'cause after the season premier recently, well.....they cut out the middle of the sex. Let me start from the beginning: there was makeup sex at the end of the series after their small fight. Ahhh awesome sex indeed. They strip down (oh my), she backs up to the top of the bed, the fangs pop out, annnnd he starts kneeling down towards her. I'm going "Hell yeah, oral sex!" but then that dream was tossed aside as he just grabbed her ankle and pulled her close. Damn, they really should've done oral first...so they're at the end of the bed going at it, and I had a total question of "Isn't he thrusting just a tad slow?" Seriously, it was hot but....it was a bit painstakingly slow for the edge of the bed...
And then all of a sudden she's on her side, on the bed. Wait a minute, what happened between the edge of the bed and there? I know there was some completion in there, but honestly....the curses of television and keeping it to an hour. :/
But overall, that sex was HOT HOT HOT! I'd just like to read the books to, you know, get the whole effect. As in actually see how they got from the end of the bed to in it and behind her and....oh ya....still fucking awesome.
Oh, and when you read a book, you don't actually hear the southern accents. Which kinda bothered me there a little bit...however the drug use didn't bother me much. It's just something that I really doubt is in her books. After the popularity of Weeds, and this being HBO, I can imagine HBO trying to push the boundaries with True Blood. This is their show after all, they can put whatever they want in the show. Including hot vampire sex. Oh, and an old cougar lady having sex with a freaked 17-year-old shapeshifter. Yeep, I felt pity for little Sam. He's naked, and hungry, and he's caught by this freaky old chick. Who has freaky sex. And he's under her with this panicked look on his face rather than, you know, enjoying it. Sam is pretty hot too....compared to Bill of course. :P
Now that my True Blood analysis is finished, back to playing with my new laptop!

Lambert and Laptops: Sexiness Galore!
Ohhh is this laptop sexy....and why yes, this is my first post using my new laptop! I can see where it's a bit of a fingerprint magnet, as everything is glossy. Seriously, even the keyboard is glossy! But I don't mind that; I had used my previous laptop so often that I made the f and j letters on the keyboard smooth. Those, and the spacebar. But it's so amazing, and it came with a cleaning cloth, so I've been wiping it down every time I've finished using it. Bottom line: I LOVE THIS FREAKING THING!!!
Even better, it flies on the Internet. I can actually log onto my USD account now, yes!
And as for other awesome news: I got my grubby little hands on the new issue of Rolling Stone! YES, I can now stare at the sexiness that is Adam Lambert whenever I damn well please! :D
I haven't read the article all the way through, just reached halfway...and I must say, he is VERY intriguing. And in a very good way. *purr*
God, that chest....
Oh, and it's also my parents' 25th anniversary. I have to say, I'm especially glad, proud, and blessed that my parents are still married. It's rare to see marriages last this long anymore, and as I've seen many of my own relatives divorce, I feel pretty lucky. I just hope they last another 25 years... :)

*Cough*
Happy Birthday wishes must go to the King of Sexiness, the epitome of my characters, the source of my inspiration. Oh yes, Rafael.Dis is also part of the motivation for learning Portuguese: nah, I don't plan on meeting THE, Rafael, but the language is as beautiful as he is.....*purr*
I had a nostalgic moment today when we bought this cute ceramic fox at ShopKo. It reminded me of the little deer that currently sits on our front step...I want to call it ceramic, but it seems like it's made more out of concrete, even though there's really not much of a difference there...but anyway, I was very good friends with my neighbor Nicole (bless her heart for still sticking around, even after she moved), and she had a larger, plastic baby deer. So I would take my little deer and hers and we'd carry them around with us and such, play with them, etc. Then one day I dropped my deer a little, and I had what was probably a big "OH NOES!" moment. Yes I just said that, and yeah I'm pretty sure I overreacted when it happened. And it's not even that big of a deal to me anymore--we never glued what little pieces broke off, and it seems to give the deer personality. But I still remember us playing with our deer and having a blast doing it.
Now speaking of ShopKo, I applied for a job at the one on 41st Street. :) Yuup, I finally am going to get a job. And if all goes well, I might even get to work with Megan, hopefully. It would sure help a lot with my nerves at least...
I can't tell if I have a cold, allergies, or the swine flu. At first I thought it was a bad cold or something to do with the weather, as like I said before, I was getting hot and chills and sore throat, blah blah blah. Next day, the sun was out, the birds were chirping, and I was feeling pretty good. Still sore throat though. Next day, news declares swine flu a pandemic. Ohhhhh I'm scared. Although I wondered if I could've caught it--not to make myself panic, nooooo, instead I was thinking "Whoa, that'd be pretty sweet if I did have swine flu! How many could say they got it..."
Well, that day it had also rained. Now today: sun was back out, but with the rain before, I can't tell if it's a cold, or if the weather really spurred on my allergies. I've been sneezing up a storm, needing tissues like crazy too. Curses, I'm out of tissues in my room too, should've gotten that when we were out shopping too. Meh.
Also, I'm becoming desperate for a new laptop. This current one has specs that are downright pitiful, and recently decided it is running out of hard drive space. The one I want, is $699 and on the outlet list on Best Buy's website. I am so desperate I want to cry, it's that saddening. Just so I have it noted: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9164343&type=product&id=1218040476937
I want you so bad, it's like I'm insane. Gahhh.

Finding Cash Around The House? Priceless.
149 pennies. $1.49
112 nickels. $5.60
174 dimes. $17.40
90 quarters. $22.50
Total? $46.99. Alllllll in loose change. Seriously.
And the last time we went in to cash in loose change? The total came out to be $120. Holy SHIT.
Plus, to top it off, I found $60 in 20 dollar bills in my change box. I think that was from the last time....but again, seriously?
PLUS, I think I have about 10 or 20 bucks in one of my pants pockets....I've gotta go find that...I swear, I've never felt so rich! Well, except for when we had $120 in change. :D I honestly want to go take it all, add it to my graduation money, and buy a new laptop with it. I really do! Toshiba has some kickass laptops, or at least from what I've seen...
However, I'm heading off to bed now. I think I'm coming down with something, just don't know what....woke up with a sore throat, then later this afternoon I started getting a little dizzy when moving around too much...then ringing in the ears....then hot all over, but chills inside....ick. And my nose is feeling funky, like I need to sneeze or blow my nose really bad, but it's dry and, well, not congested. And I've dealt with congestion plenty.
We'll just blame it on the cloudy weather. I like rain, but not cloudy weather. Either rain, or be sunny! Grrr...
And ohmygosh. I want to see True Blood now. They just had the previews for it on TV, and holy CRAP it looks hot! The guys are questionable, they all look tired....my Zeke's not tired looking, he just looks like he's....sexed up? Seen too much? Dunno. I shall think it over.
I betcha Hulu has it. I shall check!

Hotness Update: Men of the Big/Small Screen
You know that sort of hot where you physically can't speak when you see them? Or rather after staring at many photos of them at the same time, and you just can't help but think "Oh fuck fuck fuck...."It's kind of rare for me to have that reaction to an actor. For me, guys on the TV or movie screen don't really do it for me. Sure, they might have a nice chest or something, but come on...however, as of late, I've been stumbling across a few more than usual!
To start: Bradley Cooper. Shittttttt, he is amazing! He is not only ridiculously HOT, but he's been ridiculously funny every time he did an interview on TV. Conan, Fallon, it doesn't matter, he's just awesome every time! The Hangover looks like a stupid movie, and it probably is. But Bradley Cooper makes it worth a shot. :D
And really, shirtless? A sure sign of hotness. I dont' care about chest hair, facial stubble, whatever--but it's like you get that urge to just reach out and stroke that chest.....oh my.....
Now, for a new amazing male to appear out of nowhere: Craig Olejnik. Whoa. I'm really digging the eyes, and the short mussed black hair. And that jaw, always a sucker for a sharp jaw...but those eyes, that's what sucks you in...Cooper's does the same in a way, but daaaaamn....and Craig's from Toronto, sweet! His show, The Listener, was originally from CTV, which is also where Corner Gas came from. Gah, I loved Corner Gas!!! So this show also has to be amazing...gonna have to search it out online. :)
Rain, Rain, Stick Around...
Huh....so much has gone on the past few days, it's hard for me to remember what all has happened. But that's probably my attention deficit showing...or my lack of writing everything down.
So I got my housing arrangements for USD back already, and I get to room with Keather. I don't know whether to be happy or sad. I know I'm happy because I requested her as my roommate, and I actually know her, so I know I won't risk ending up with a psychotic roommate. Am I leaning on her as a crutch? Probably, but I can betcha she is too, and with that I don't feel like it's a bad way to go. However, my one concern is how many men she's going to cuddle up to. As in 'Will I even have a shot with her attached to me during college?'....Seriously, if she falls into another guy's arm like she did with Spencer, I am going to stare directly at the guy and roll my eyes. I WILL fight, don't get between me and my men...to put it frank, get your own taste in men, dammit!!
Oh, I've also gotta go to this Fast Track thing for registration/orientation. I'm really...not looking forward to it, really...I apparently have to take this math placement test to see where I fit for math smartness. Meh, I have a feeling I won't do on it anyway, as it's SUMMER. Testing is out of the question in the summertime. Plus, I think I'll be on my own for most of orientation. It's like just dropping me off on my own in the middle of nowhere. But oh well, I had somehow suvived a similar situation with the journalism camp, I can do it again. At least this time it's only a day long.
It's raining out today. Which has made it really cold out. I hate cold, I'm so small and I have such little fat that it doesn't insulate me enough to stay warm. But I like rain, it's pretty--at least when it's actually falling. Also, I like the sound of thunder...it was really nice, and it's even nicer with the front door open. :P
I sarted working on this quilt I had cut out (mostly) a while back. It's called Pixie Stix, and the colors for it? Awesome! Pink and blue, with the pinks having hearts on them. So cute, not gonna lie...but so totally not me either. And yet, it calls to me...but anyways, it's coming along nicely. Just gotta finish the corners on 4 blocks, and put together the last 4. :)
I'm also realizing that I can't really be left alone in my head for very long. I need some sort of distraction, something to ground me. Usually what works best is my friends and family, spending time with them. When they're around, they won't let me retreat to my head...they remind me that I'm not worthless, that I am NOT the reason everything has fallen apart. Other methods of distraction include shopping, writing, and Sims 2. Reading also helps, but I've been so distracted with other things that I haven't really done much reading. But the sewing, the Sims 2, all of it distracts me from thinking. Because when I start thinking, it goes back to Jackass and my cousin....then again, typically it also falls prey to anger. Scinareos run through my head where I prove them all that I was right, that they're assholes and ignorant--which is pretty true, but brings my attitude down. And I'm sick of the anger, the crying, all of it. I'm going to have a party in my head when he leaves instead, I just know it.
Then I also had an interesting conversation with one of Jackass's friends, Aaron. The dude is really cool, I'm glad we had a chance to talk. Granted he seems friendlier towards Jackass than I am, but I thouroughly enjoyed his response to Jackass when he ended it with 'Bitch'. He also begain it with saying "Humane and Wuss should not be used in the same sentence if you really want to keep any friends", or something to that effect. But I liked the Bitch at the end! :)
And speaking of writing as a distraction, I went back to writing! Primarily about Zeke. God, I love Zeke...my sexy Daimon vampire prince, you....the Daimon part is only from when I first 'got' him....but hey, he's very versatile! Buuut anyways, I've gotten his story to move along a little bit, but I need some sort of conflict to arise...I'll see how that comes about.
I'm itching to go back to Sims 2. I've started poking around to look at new laptops, seeing which ones might run Sims 3. But with all that I've heard about Sims 3, I'm not sure if I want to jump right out and get it. Maybe till more patches come out, it sounds like it needs a few...and Sims 2 is just as entertaining, I still love it! Plus, I'm really going to need a new laptop when I head off to USD anyway, so might as well come prepared.

I Might Be Shrinking...?
I'm wondering if I should be nervous that my size 3 shorts don't fit quite like they used to....not in the tight sense either.
Whoops, I lied. This pair of shorts is a size 5 apparently, not 3...don't know why I thought it was 3. BUT, nonetheless, I'm slightly concerned when I want to put a belt on a pair of shorts. :P
I'm very jealous of Chantel, too. She's gotten a copy of Sims 3 already. Already!! It just came out this past Tuesday....but then again, I can betcha that my computer would spit on Sims 3 and make it unbearable. It hates Sims 2 as it is, always complaining about the virtual card memory and such. It also becomes verrrrry slow. VERY. *sigh* But alas, I shall just have to hang out with her and let her show me the awesomeness that is Sims 3. :)
